PARTIAL

This will be for couples who enjoy being very active in the planning process or for couples who have already started planning, but would like professional assistance.

  • Entire Wedding Day-Of Coordination Package

DAY-OF

Typically, this will be for couples who would like to plan their own wedding, but want to make sure all their hard work comes together without a hitch on their special day. We will review your final plans, tie up any loose ends, direct the rehearsal, and coordinate your wedding day. This will enable you to relax and not worry about anything except saying, I do!

* Specifics of this package include:

  • Complimentary Consultation
  • Attendance at and Management of Rehearsal
  • Creation of wedding day itinerary and timeline (vendor-specific and wedding party)
  • Arrival prior to the ceremony start time and staying on site through the conclusion of the reception formalities (e.g. dinner, cake cutting, etc.)
  • Oversee Set-Up of Ceremony, Cocktail Hour, and Reception
  • Ensuring Vendors Timely Arrival and Implementing Contingency Plans if Necessary
  • Light Set Up of Décor and Accessories (e.g. chairs, décor, toasting glasses, etc.)
  • Distribution of Vendor Payments
  • Visit to Bride’s Dressing Location to Assist as Necessary
  • Coordinating and Directing Ceremony and Reception
  • Assisting ushers and hostesses with responsibilities
  • Lining wedding party members up for processional and announcement into reception
  • Cueing Musicians as Necessary at Ceremony/Cueing DJ/Band/Emcee at Reception
  • Maintaining and directing your list of formal pictures for photographer
  • Ensuring that formalities (cake cutting, special dances, etc.) take place as planned and on time
  • Delivery of Couple’s gifts and other personal items to hotel room or vehicle
  • Equipped with an emergency kit
